Hungarian vegetable stew
Ingredients
- 5 large mushrooms
- 1 small courgette
- 1 large onion
- 1 large red bell pepper
- 1 chili
- 2 vegetarian hot dogs
- 30g tomato paste
- 1tsp hot paprika
- 1tsp sweet paprika
- Salt
- 3 teaspoon oil
Preparation
- Heat oil in fry-pan
- Fry onion until it becomes transparent.
- Add sliced mushrooms, courgette, pepper and hot-dogs and fry until vegetable are tender
- Add salt, pepper and paprika
- Add tomato paste and fry everything for another few minutes
- Serve with bread
