Vegetarian Lecsó

Hungarian vegetable stew

Ingredients

  • 5 large mushrooms
  • 1 small courgette
  • 1 large onion
  • 1 large red bell pepper
  • 1 chili
  • 2 vegetarian hot dogs
  • 30g tomato paste
  • 1tsp hot paprika
  • 1tsp sweet paprika
  • Salt
  • 3 teaspoon oil

Preparation

  • Heat oil in fry-pan
  • Fry onion until it becomes transparent.
  • Add sliced mushrooms, courgette, pepper and hot-dogs and fry until vegetable are tender
  • Add salt, pepper and paprika
  • Add tomato paste and fry everything for another few minutes
  • Serve with bread
