Vegetarian Quesadilla ready in minutes


  • 1 tortilla wrap
  • 50g grated cheese
  • Onions, mushrooms, peppers, chilies
  • Salt, pepper, cayenne and oregano


  • Sprinkle chopped vegetable and grated cheese on the half of the tortilla
  • Season with salt, pepper, cayenne, oregano and chopped chilies
  • Fold the tortilla
  • Bake in 180 degrees for 10-12min
  • Serve hot with salsa
