Sprinkled with walnuts
Ingredients:
- 450g frozen spinach
- 200g Gorgonzola
- 3 garlic cloves
- 300g of tagliatelle
- 1 spoon of olive oil
- 50g of walnuts
- Salt
- Black pepper
- Nutmeg
Preparation
- Heat the oil and fry finely sliced garlic for 2 minutes
- Add spinach and fry until water evaporate
- Crumble the cheese in
- Add a splash of milk and starchy pasta water (this will help cheese to melt and make sauce more smooth)
- Add cooked tagliatelle and mix well
- Sprinkle with chopped walnuts for extra texture
- Serve immediately
