Tagliatelle with Spinach & Gorgonzola

  • 450g frozen spinach
  • 200g Gorgonzola
  • 3 garlic cloves
  • 300g of tagliatelle
  • 1 spoon of olive oil
  • 50g of walnuts
  • Salt
  • Black pepper
  • Nutmeg


  • Heat the oil and fry finely sliced garlic for 2 minutes
  • Add spinach and fry until water evaporate
  • Crumble the cheese in
  • Add a splash of milk and starchy pasta water (this will help cheese to melt and make sauce more smooth)
  • Add cooked tagliatelle and mix well
  • Sprinkle with chopped walnuts for extra texture
  • Serve immediately
