Stuffed Mushrooms

Just yummy!

  • 4 large mushrooms
  • 8 black olives
  • 4 sun-dried tomatoes
  • 50g mozzarella cheese
  • 1 spoon garlic oil
  • salt, pepper, parsley

Preparation

  • Clean the mushrooms, remove the stalks
  • Brush the mushrooms on both sides with olive oil. Season with lots of salt and pepper.
  • Place 2 olives and 1 sun-dried tomato to each mushroom head. Top with mozzarella cheese.
  • Bake in 200°C for 30-35min
  • Serve with garlic&yogurt sauce
