- 4 large mushrooms
- 8 black olives
- 4 sun-dried tomatoes
- 50g mozzarella cheese
- 1 spoon garlic oil
- salt, pepper, parsley
- Clean the mushrooms, remove the stalks
- Brush the mushrooms on both sides with olive oil. Season with lots of salt and pepper.
- Place 2 olives and 1 sun-dried tomato to each mushroom head. Top with mozzarella cheese.
- Bake in 200°C for 30-35min
- Serve with garlic&yogurt sauce
