Ingredients:
- 1 red pepper
- 1 zucchini
- 1 red onion
- 150g of mushrooms
- Chili flakes, garlic powder, oregano, salt and pepper
- Yogurt
- Cheddar cheese
Preparation
- Fry the vegetable on a little bit of oil until tender
- Add chili flakes, garlic powder, oregano, salt and pepper to taste
- Wrap in tortillas, serve with garlic yogurt dip and grated Cheddar cheese
