Spicy Vegetable Wraps

Low fat but equally delish

Low fat & delicious

Ingredients:

  • 1 red pepper
  • 1 zucchini
  • 1 red onion
  • 150g of mushrooms
  • Chili flakes, garlic powder, oregano, salt and pepper
  • Yogurt
  • Cheddar cheese

Preparation

  • Fry the vegetable on a little bit of oil until tender
  • Add chili flakes, garlic powder, oregano, salt and pepper to taste
  • Wrap in tortillas, serve with garlic yogurt dip and grated Cheddar cheese
