Spicy noodles with tofu and vegetable

I love stir fry!

  • 1 large red bell pepper
  • 1 large onion
  • 3 black mushrooms
  • 150g smoked firm tofu
  • 1 spoon sesame oil
  • 2 spoon crushed peanuts
  • 1 spoon black and white sesame
  • 4 spoons soy sauce
  • 2 spoons chili sauce
  • 2 spoons lime juice
  • dried ginger
  • 100g vermicelli noodles


  • Fry vegetable, mushroom and tofu on a little bit of sesame oil, until cooked, but still tender
  • Add cooked vermicelli
  • Mix soy sauce, lime juice, chili paste and pinch of dried ginger. Add to the wok at the end of cooking. Fry for one more minute.
  • Sprinkle with peanuts and sesame before serving.
