I love stir fry!
- 1 large red bell pepper
- 1 large onion
- 3 black mushrooms
- 150g smoked firm tofu
- 1 spoon sesame oil
- 2 spoon crushed peanuts
- 1 spoon black and white sesame
- 4 spoons soy sauce
- 2 spoons chili sauce
- 2 spoons lime juice
- dried ginger
- 100g vermicelli noodles
Preparation
- Fry vegetable, mushroom and tofu on a little bit of sesame oil, until cooked, but still tender
- Add cooked vermicelli
- Mix soy sauce, lime juice, chili paste and pinch of dried ginger. Add to the wok at the end of cooking. Fry for one more minute.
- Sprinkle with peanuts and sesame before serving.
