Spicy and sour


  • 1 pack of kimchi flavoured instant noodles
  • 50g of kimchi
  • 1 pack of firm tofu
  • 1 tsp of sesame oil
  • 2 tsp soy sauce
  • 2 tsp sriracha sauce
  • 1 tsp sesame seeds
  • 1 tsp chopped spring onion


  • Mix sriracha, sesame oil and soy sauce in a bowl
  • Gently press tofu to release as much water as possible
  • Cut tofu into bit size cubes, and cover with the marinate
  • Bake tofu in 200°C for about 20 min until crisp outside and soft in the middle
  • Meanwhile prepare the instant noodles according to package instruction
  • Place noodle in the bowl, top with tofu and kimchi
  • Sprinkle with sesame seeds and spring onion
