Spicy and sour
Ingredients
- 1 pack of kimchi flavoured instant noodles
- 50g of kimchi
- 1 pack of firm tofu
- 1 tsp of sesame oil
- 2 tsp soy sauce
- 2 tsp sriracha sauce
- 1 tsp sesame seeds
- 1 tsp chopped spring onion
Preparation
- Mix sriracha, sesame oil and soy sauce in a bowl
- Gently press tofu to release as much water as possible
- Cut tofu into bit size cubes, and cover with the marinate
- Bake tofu in 200°C for about 20 min until crisp outside and soft in the middle
- Meanwhile prepare the instant noodles according to package instruction
- Place noodle in the bowl, top with tofu and kimchi
- Sprinkle with sesame seeds and spring onion
