Quick and easy patties
Ingredients
- 50g soya granules
- 200ml vegetable stock
- 1 shallot
- 1 garlic clove
- 1 egg
- breadcrumbs
- salt and pepper
Preparation
- Soak soy granules in vegetable stock, until soft. Drain well
- Mixed with very thinly chopped shallot
- Add beaten egg and breadcrumbs until a thick mixture forms
- Refrigerate for 30 min
- Roll each patty in the breadcrumbs until coated
- Fry till patties are golden
