Soya granules patties

Quick and easy patties

Ingredients

  • 50g soya granules
  • 200ml vegetable stock
  • 1 shallot
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 1 egg
  • breadcrumbs
  • salt and pepper

Preparation

  • Soak soy granules in vegetable stock, until soft. Drain well
  • Mixed with very thinly chopped shallot
  • Add beaten egg and breadcrumbs until a thick mixture forms
  • Refrigerate for 30 min
  • Roll each patty in the breadcrumbs until coated
  • Fry till patties are golden
