Ingredients
- 1 red bell pepper
- 1/2 small courgette
- 5 mushrooms
- 30g tofu
- 1 teaspoon oil
- 1 teaspoon lime juice
- 1 teaspoon soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon Sriracha
- 1/3 chili
- Spring onion
Preparation
- Chop vegetable and tofu into bite-size pieces
- Fry vegetable an tofu for few minutes, until tender/golden
- Mix soy sauce, Sriracha and lime juice and pour over the tofu&veg mixture
- Fry for another minute
- Serve with chopped chilies, spring onion and sesame seeds
