BBQ side
- 500g baby potatoes
- 1cup chopped parsley
- 1cup chopped red onion
- 100ml mayonnaise
- Salt and paper
Preparation
- Cook the potatoes until tender but not mushy, leave to cool
- Chop the potatoes to the bite size piece
- Mix with onion, parsley and mayonese
- Season generously with salt and fresh black pepper
- Refrigerate for at least one hour to allow flavors to combine
