Pea and Potato Soup

Lovely soup ready in 15 min

Ingredients

  • 1 large potato
  • 1 can of garden peas
  • 500ml of vegetable stock
  • 200g of frozen soup base

Preparation

  • Peel and cube the potatoes
  • Cook potatoes, soup base and peas in stock for until potatoes are soft (around 10-12 min)
  • Blend everything together until thick and creamy
  • Serve with croutons
