Oyster Mushroom and Buckwheat Stew with Meat-Free Meat Balls

Ingredients

  • 30g cooked buckwheat
  • 100 g oyster mushrooms
  • 1 onion
  • 2 teaspoon vegetarian gravy
  • 1 teaspoon parsley
  • 5 meat free meat balls
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • 1 teaspoon oil

Preparation

  • Fry onion and mushroom until tender
  • Add cooked buckwheat
  • Mix instant gravy with water and add to the mix
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Bake balls in over according to instructions
  • Serve everything together with The Simplest Dill Pickles Side Salad
