Ingredients
- 30g cooked buckwheat
- 100 g oyster mushrooms
- 1 onion
- 2 teaspoon vegetarian gravy
- 1 teaspoon parsley
- 5 meat free meat balls
- Salt
- Pepper
- 1 teaspoon oil
Preparation
- Fry onion and mushroom until tender
- Add cooked buckwheat
- Mix instant gravy with water and add to the mix
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Bake balls in over according to instructions
