Ingredients
- 2km plum or Roma tomatoes
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- Olive oil
- Garlic
Preparation
- Half the tomatoes and remove the tomato pulp/li>
- Arrange a rack in the lowest part of the oven, sprinkle with salt.
- Dry in 85°C for 4 to 6 hours
- Cool the tomatoes to room temperature. Transfer them to jars, cover with the olive oil (MAKE SURE JARS ARE STERILIZED THEY THE TOMATOES TOTALLY COVERED BY OLIVE)
- Place the closed jars in the 95°C oven for 20 min
