Not-so-Full Irish – Vege Style

It brings back memories of my last visit in Ireland – and it cures hangover too!

Ingredients:

  • Vegetarian Sausage (or two if you hungry
  • Baked beans (your fav brand)
  • 1 teaspoons of frying fat (vegetable oil or olive whatever you have!)
  • Cherry tomatoes and lettuce for garnish
  • Mustard, ketchup of mayo (whatever you like with your sausage)
  • Hair of the dog (for hangover cure version)

Preparation

  • Heat the bins
  • Fry the eggs
  • Bake or fry your sausage (or two)
  • Arrange it all nicely on the plate and enjoy with some coffee or a beer 🙂
