Low-calorie garlic sauce

Equally tasty – 10 times less calories than mayo

  • 150 ml Greek style yogurt
  • 2-3 garlic gloves
  • 3 teaspoons of chopped parsley
  • salt and pepper

Preparation

  • Smash the garlic and mix with the rest of ingredient
  • Refrigerate for at least one hour to allow flavors to combine
  • Enjoy as a healthy and low calorie alternative to the mayonnaise!
