Italian dinner ready in 45 min
- 500g gnocchi
- 2 large onions
- 4-6 mushrooms
- 10 black olives
- 1 red pepper
- 1 chili pepper
- 3 garlic cloves
- 1 can of tomatoes
- 100g of tomato paste
- Salt, pepper, oregano and basil to taste
- grated cheese for serving
Preparation
- Fry finely chopped onion, mushrooms and peppers on a little bit of oil, until brown.
- Add chopped garlic, and fry for another 1-2 minutes (do not burn it!)
- Add tomatoes can, tomato paste and olives, and cook for 30 min, until tomatoes break the sauce thickens
- Season with salt, pepper, basil and oregano
- Cook gnocchi according to package directions and keep warm, add them to hot sauce and mix well
- Serve with grated cheese – preferably Parmesan
