Fried Egg & Mushrooms Rye Bread Sandwich

Lovely breakfast for lazy morning

Ingredients:

  • 1 large ot two small rye bread slices
  • 1tbs of cream cheese
  • 2 large eggs
  • 3 large mushrooms
  • Oil for frying
  • Spring onion for garnish

Preparation

  • Spread the cream cheese over the bread
  • Fried two eggs to your liking (I like sunny side up)
  • At the second frying pan, fry the sliced mushrooms, till they are golden. Add an salt and pepper at the end of the cooking, otherwise mushroom will get watery
  • Assemble your sandwich, decor with spring onion. Enjoy!
