Farfalle and Pesto Salad

Perfect for party or packed lunch

  • 250g Farfalle
  • 10 cherry tomatoes
  • 10 black olives
  • 150g feta cheese
  • 100g green or red pesto


  • Cook gnocchi according to package directions
  • Add halved cherry tomatoes, black olives and feta cheese cubes
  • Add pesto and mix well
  • Let it cool, and refrigerate for at least one hour before serving
