Dinner ready in less than 30 min
Ingredients
- 70g slice of smoked tofu
- 1 egg
- 2 teaspoon breadcrumb
- 1 teaspoon white sesame
- 1 teaspoon black sesame
- 100g broccoli
- 1/2 red bell pepper
- 100g oyster mushrooms
- 1 teaspoon soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon red chili paste
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1 teaspoon lime juice
Preparation
- Press the water out of the Tofu
- Mix breadcrumbs with sesame and black sesame, set aside
- Beat the egg with a little bit of soy sauce
- Cover the tofu slice with egg mixture then sesame breadcrumbs
- Fry the tofu until breadcrumb is golden
- In a wok stir fry the veg with tinny bit of sesame oil
- Mix 1 teaspoon of soy sauce, 1 teaspoon of chili paste and lime juice
- Pour the mixture over the fried veg at the end of the cooking
- Sprinkle veggies with remaining sesame seeds and serve with tofu slice at the top
