Ingredients

Preparation

  • Halve pastry strip crosswise and transfer pieces to baking sheet. Prick pastry all over with a fork and bake in middle of oven until deep golden, about 12 minutes (200°C)
  • Fill the pastry with red onion marmalade then crumble the goats cheese at the top/li>
  • Return to the over and bane for another 10-15 min in 200°C
  • Serve hot with salad
