  • 100g of dried soy slices
  • Vegetable stock
  • 3 large cloves of garlic
  • 1 red chili
  • 1 egg
  • Soy sauce
  • Breadcrumbs
  • Frying fat
  • 1 teaspoon of sesame seeds
  • Black pepper and ground chilies


  • Heat the vegetable stock with chopped garlic and chilies, add a generous splash of soy sauce to it
  • Soak the patties in the stock mix, until they soft
  • Bread the patties in egg and breadcrumbs seasoned with pepper, chilies and sesame seeds
  • Fry the until golden
  • Serve with sweet chili sauce
