With Asian twist
Ingredients:
- 100g of dried soy slices
- Vegetable stock
- 3 large cloves of garlic
- 1 red chili
- 1 egg
- Soy sauce
- Breadcrumbs
- Frying fat
- 1 teaspoon of sesame seeds
- Black pepper and ground chilies
Preparation
- Heat the vegetable stock with chopped garlic and chilies, add a generous splash of soy sauce to it
- Soak the patties in the stock mix, until they soft
- Bread the patties in egg and breadcrumbs seasoned with pepper, chilies and sesame seeds
- Fry the until golden
- Serve with sweet chili sauce
