Chili and cayenne low fat yogurt dip

Less than 10kcal per serving

  • 150 ml Greek style yogurt
  • 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon sweet paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground chili
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cumin
  • salt and pepper to taste


  • Mix all the ingredient
  • Refrigerate for at least one hour to allow flavors to combine
